On the Wings of Change: Change Management for Managers
Change is a journey; not an event. Managers are the key to a successful change flight and a successful landing at the new change destination.
Given the high rate of change in our society and work life, managers must be given the skills to not only navigate change on their own, but to facilitate change for their team.
In this workshop, managers learn to manage their own internal change cycle as well as gain the skills necessary to assist their team members increase engagement in the change.
This workshop supports all change models and is customized to support whatever change model your organization has adopted. (ADKAR / Force Field / etc.)

Change vs. Grief
- How is change and grief the same and different
The Art of Asking Questions
- When working with those resistant to change we need to be able to determine the reason for the resistance. Asking the right questions at the right time is essential in this process.
Statement vs. Motive
- What is said is not the motive it is only the message. Combining asking questions with understanding the difference of Statement vs. Motive will bring us to the real reason for resistance to change.
