About Ned Parks

 

 

Ned Parks is a matter-of-fact business coach who
draws on his 25 year background as a U.S. Army Officer/Helicopter Instructor Pilot, business owner and consultant. Combining proven business strategies with
humor and creativity, Ned guides organizations and individuals to business and
leadership solutions that maximize profit, productivity, and efficiency.
Through the use of individual and group coaching, training, facilitation and consulting,
he focuses on talent development and mentoring leadership teams to improve
performance and results. Ned is particularly skilled at helping leaders connect
with their teams and to combine both personal and organizational objectives.

Ned works with organizations in healthcare, manufacturing and service, as well as the not-for-profit field, including libraries, faith organizations and the United Way. Ned’s expertise includes the
areas of strategic planning, profit modeling, performance planning and employee
development. Ned started his own consulting firm in 2000 with a focus on leadership
coaching and skills training, business operations, talent development,
performance improvement and strategic planning.

Ned’s coaching practice focuses on entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, senior leaders, and business owners to exceed business goals and develop a legacy of leadership using tools include Everything DiSC®
Workplace, Everything DiSC® Management, Everything DiSC® Sales and 363 for Leaders.

Ned is certified as a Registered Corporate Coach by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. He studied business at The University of Akron, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Case Weatherhead
School of Management.
